General Camp Information
All Camps and clinics are open ro all entrants - limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender (NCAA Rule 188.8.131.52).
All Commuter & Resident Campers - Bring your swimsuit and beach towel!
Only athletic shoes may be worn and no jewelry of any kind.
No college apparel other than Missouri State University is allowed. If other college apparel is worn, you will be asked to turn it inside out. We love our University and want to promote Bear Pride. We do, however, encourage you to support your high school, junior high, elementary & club programs.
You can choose to attend the age group of the grade you just completed or the grade you are entering the next academic year.
High School: 8th – 12th | JR. High: 5th – 7th | Young Players: K - 4th
For both Commuters & Residents Check-In is located at the main lobby of Hammons Student Center
Missouri State offers the ideal setting for a fun-filled week of camp. Players who wish to follow the resident camp option will be housed in one of the air conditioned Missouri State residence halls. Adult staff members will live in the residence halls with the campers, providing 24-hour supervision. In addition, Missouri State provides residence hall & campus security. Resident campers will check-in with volleyball, then proceed to the residence hall check-in table located next to the volleyball check-in (IN THE SAME BUILDING OF HAMMONS STUDENT CENTER). At the residence hall table you will receive the key to your room. This is the time & location roommate requests are made. If you do not have a roommate, one will be assigned to you. Once you receive your key you will be directed to the residence hall in which your camp will be housed.
RESIDENTS - DO NOT BRING YOUR LUGGAGE INTO CHECK-IN.
RESIDENT CAMPERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN:
Linens (sheet, blanket, and pillow for twin-sized bed)
Toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
Towels (bath, wash cloth & swimming towel)
Each Camper must check-out of the dorms on the designated check-out day and time.
There is not an option to add additional nights prior to camp beginning, after camp ends or between the ending & beginning of any single or multi-day camps.
Campers will revive a complimentary gift at check-out for all camps.
CAMP DEPOSIT/FEE DEADLINES
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $30.00 must accompany each registration form. Your camp deposit is a part of your total amount due. There will be a $20 LATE FEE for camps and a $10 LATE FEE for clinics if full payment is not received by the dates listed.

Attend any one of the single-day camps & you get a $10 DISCOUNT to attend another single-day camp.
Offer applies to Attacker Camp, Libero Camp, and Setter Camp.
Attend any of the muti-day camps & get a $20 DISCOUNT to attend another multi-day camp.
Offer applies to the Junior High Camps, High School Camp, Next Level Camp & Team Camp.
The Missouri State Volleyball Program has acquired insurance to cover expenses incurred as a direct result of camp participation. This coverage is an in excess (SECONDARY) coverage paying medical expenses incurred after your insurance has paid its limits. Athletic trainer will be on duty 24-hours a day and will attend sessions.
CAMP STORE BANK
Each camper will have the option at check-in to put money into a camp store bank account to use for snacks, drinks, merchandise, pizza, ect. Any unused money will be refunded at the end of camp on the last day of camp. This will allow each camper the option of not carrying their money around.
Missouri State Volleyball Facilities are the same as those used by the athletes at Missouri State University. All camps will be held on the campus of Missouri State University in the comfort of air conditioned Hammons Student Center.
PARENTS/FAMILY/FRIENDS VIEWING SESSIONS
Parents/Family/Friends are more than welcome to watch any/all sessions of camps/clinics.
Missori State Volleyball Camps & Clinics are not responsible for parking & tickets that occur while on campus for camps/clinics. Parking will be provided in specific lots for resident campers during the muti-day camps in specific lots. If you are a resident camper & you do not follow the parking guidelines given at check-in & you receive a ticket, you will be responsible for the ticket.
